What Happens after I Submit my Enquiry?

Our operations manager will contact you

We will sit down with you to chat about your expectations and ours

You will be issued with information regarding costs and set up procedures

We will carry out a business diagnostic based upon where your business is now, (this is to highlight areas of improvement we can assist you with and establish a starting point for our reporting back to you in regards to the success of our involvement.)

There will be a second meeting to talk about how you would like to proceed and any assistance required

You will get to meet with our franchise network in-store and at our training sessions

The franchise agreement will be drawn up, upon the receipt of the application and the $3,000 deposit

The franchise agreement is signed and the cooling off period is commenced

Once the final payments have been made, our marketing program is instigated

We welcome you aboard!

Do I get a say in How the Network is Run?

Do I get a say in the network and am I required to provide financial reports, Royalties, Costs, Turnover reports

We meet as a network about 6 times per year, for us to discuss advertising, training, opportunities, Offers from suppliers and any general business.

All franchisees are encouraged to attend and participate in these meetings, your participation is how we ensure as a franchisor we are delivering the products and services that our franchisees have indicated a need for.

Does Future Auto Service Centres Require Financial Reports?

As part of our ongoing support process we do require limited percentage based reports from our franchisees please see Benchmarking Video for exact information.
No Royalties, but we do require costs and turnover percentages

This is so we can benchmark our businesses against the rest of our network and report back to you how your business is going overall. It is about providing you with factual information so you can make decisions based on actual data.

Does the Future Auto Service Centres franchise system require me to change my Business name?

Whilst we will change the branding of your business, 

We recognise the success of the brand you have worked hard to establish and are more than happy for members to co-brand their businesses.

Our aim is to build on your current brand and success

Our process is designed around improving what you are doing, not losing your own identity. 

Will Future take over my Business?

No, think of the Future Auto Service Centres system as a plug in for your business.

While we may suggest improvements from time to time (based upon the success of these improvements in our network) the day to day running and decision making process remains in your control.

What Percentage of Turnover will be Paid in Royalties?

We are a non-royalty based system;

Everyone’s membership fee is the same (this fee will reduce dependent upon money spent with our supplier network). 

The more you spend with our preffered suppliers, the less you pay, instead of increasing your turnover and paying more franchise fees. Just like our Membership fee our advertising fee is a set amount based upon an equal share of the current advertising expenses.

The Franchise term is a 5 year Period

The Franchised area is a 2klm radius from your business

We suggest allowing a budget of $25,000 to set up your Future Auto Service Centre franchise

This covers

  • The Franchise establishment fee
  • Initial Training
  • External Facade Painting
  • Sign writting
  • all Internal Signage
  • Point of Sale Material
  • Stationery
  • Uniforms

We do allow Franchisees to organise thier own painting and sign writting, but they must be carried out to our Brand specifications

*If you have a client who is a painter or Sign writter that can do the setup cheaper, this will reduce your set up costs

We will work in with you to ensure the Branding is prominent, with out Upsetting your Landlord or Body Corporate arrangements

We will discuss the content and payment options available during meetings with you.

Are Franchisees Required to Work in the Stores?

Whilst our preference is for the Business owner to take an active role in the operation of their Future Auto Service Centre Franchise.

We don't make it a requirement, in fact, several of our branches are run on a daily basis using managers, with the business owner overseeing the operations and responsibilties of their franchise.

We do expect  managers to be trained in our systems, reflect the ethics of the group and to respect the operational procedures of the overall franchise network.

This ensures we present a consitent image to the retail public.

Do I need an Existing Automotive Business?

While we can assist in the creation of a new business, it has been our experience our model works best for an existing automotive business.

This is because at Future Auto Service Centres our commitment to you is, “To work with you, jointly improving on what you have already achieved.”
