Future Auto Service Centres Pty Ltd places training as a top priority for all our franchisees and their staff.
We proudly claim to have the best Technicians in the industry; we do this because of our ongoing commitment to their training and skill set.
With this in mind, it is an expectation that franchise staff attend training when provided, each branch pays a monthly training levy to cover the costs of 2 staff members attending 4 training sessions per year.
This is your investment in your staff and their skills.
The majority of our training is based on technical and practical skills for our technicians; however, we also cater for office staff and business owners from time to time depending on the topics relevant to your business.
To ensure a smooth transition into the network, Compulsory Initial franchisee training is dealt with during the Start-up period to ensure you are up to speed with our processes and requirements before the franchise commencement.
