With this in mind it is an expectation that franchise staff attend training when provided, each branch pays a monthly training levy to cover the costs of 2 staff members attending 4 training sessions per year.

The majority of our training is based upon technical and practical skills for our technicians; however we also cater for office staff and business owners from time to time depending on the topics relevance to your business.
To ensure a smooth transition into the network, Compulsory Initial franchisee training is dealt with during the Start-up period to ensure you are up to speed with our processes and requirements prior to the franchise commencement.
